I'd just like to share my views. To begin with, This whole concept of Bleeding- and then "showing the bed sheets to your husband & mother in law whatever, is ridiculous and Humiliating. I'm a young woman, and though I haven't been up to no good, I would still find that tradition degrading and an invasion of my privacy. I'm not here to argue, but I'm only Feel this way because WHERE IN ISLAM DOES IT STATE THIS IS ACCEPTABLE? Its just another lousy tradition of our Pakistans culture. Thus I feel hymenoplasty Isn't BAD. I don''t know..suppose you're a "perfectionist" and want to lose your virginity it to your marital partner, and you could tell your hymen is ruptured either by heavy menstrual bleeding or Sports activities Etc, then It's her choice whether she wants to undergo surgery or not. you can't steal her autonomy And.. If her husband Isn't fussed then that's even better. That said- I think its wrong if anyone regardless of gender, indulges in premarital sex, and surgically " covers up". That might fool your husband and in-laws, but you cant trick Allah, The all-knowing and all-encompassing. And I understand the Cons..if this surgery comes out in the open,a majority would use it to "cover up" their sins.
